Update 1.8.1, the Clone update for Netherlandsball: United Provinces is here!

- I've been able to combine sprites using clones, which means that:

- The game has gone from 25,192 scripts to 12,586 scripts!

- I've also added a bit of text for the Rebel Army

- And I've changed the effect of when a Province / Nation is selected!
